22nd international meet 'St. Nicholas 2013

HAPPY DECEMBER IN LJUBLJANA AND MARIBOR

The desire for better coorperation beetwen Slovenian swimming clubs, we in Olimpija Ljubljana and Branik Maribor decided to connect two traditional competitions for younger swimmers, International swim meets MIKLAVŽ (St. Nicholas) held in Ljubljana and Tone Božič Memorial held in Maribor.
Competitions will be held alternately the first Saturdays in December. Overall individual and team winners will be announced at the second competition and awarded with special practical prizes. Only swimmers and teams which participate in both competition can swim for those awards.

1st part

2nd part

  • Start two hours (120min) after first part

Those swimmers starting in all 4 events will receive a total score (sum of all 4 events) according FINA points. First 8 of each category will qualify for the final.
Rules and regulations:

The heats will be run each category separately

COMPETITION WILL BE HELD ACCORDING FINA REGULATIONS

Entry fee:
20 € per swimmer, must be payed before the start of the competition in the office, 35 € for both competitions.
Prizes:
  • First 3 in each event and category in 1st part will receive medals.
  • Finalists will receive practical prizes
Entries:
  • Dead line for entries 25.11.2013,
  • To be send by fax or e-mail (also in lenex format) 
   
Team competition:
  • First 16 of each event and category will receive points as
    follows: 25-20-15-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
  • First eight relays will get double points, and also all finalists gets
    double points 50-40-30-26-24-22-20-18.
  • The winner is the team with highest scoring points from both competitions and will be awarded with special prize.
Winners: INDIVIDUAL OVERALL WINNER (in each category)
 
  • Will be a swimmer who receives the highest summary of points according FINA points from finals, 100 medley from Ljubljana and 200 medley from Maribor.
